Cannot open top draw

Hi Techie's
I am trying to copy some music cd's to my computer. I have put a cd into drawer, nothing is happening and I cannot remember what to do can someone please help?

reboot and try again

as the system is booting press the open button, be careful here because the drawer can close very quickly again, if you tr to take out the disk it might get trapped and scratched.

if it still doesn't work, there is a very small hole on the fornt, use a large paper clip and push it into the slot very slowly, you'll feel the soft resistance, that'll pop it open.

try My Computer, right click cd drive, and click eject.

it's very small, if your drive is black, even harder to see

Nope, no tiny hole where you indicated
Frugal, that will only work on the G drive..Grrr
