Thanks - have jsut applied - put in my NI number when it asked for a reference - I'm on DLA and it was easier than digging out a letter.
MAY HAVE TO COME BACK TO ASK HOW TO GET IT ALL WORKING/FITTED!!!

Try EF3 as the code.

BTW the code was case sensitive just incase anyone else is having problems.
