  • had my appointment today. Kept me waiting around for 15mins then gave me a long sales pitch followed by a mini facial. The facial was good and the products felt good but in no way was this worth £95. £15 maybe.

I wasnt surprised to find mine had been cancelled ( they phoned) as my therapist was "off sick"

I said Oh OK, can I book i for next week then and she sort of reluctantly said yes :o So im apparently booked for nxt week but dont think i can really be bothered now.

I had mine at Westfield the other day. Nice smiley lady welcomed me into the treatment room and we had a chat for about five minutes. As soon as I mentioned I was a student with no fixed income, the smiley demeanour vanished and she didn't seemed all that bothered any more...however she still felt inclined to recommend a course of treatments costing £400! Facial lasted maybe five minutes, nice products but as supergolden88 said definitely not worth the £95 as advertised!
