    Wish they'd contact me back!
I originally applied for this about a month ago (had an email sent to me and was going to post once I had it done), they sent me an apointment on the one day and time I had requested they do NOT send me. So I called up to cancel, and before I could as much say "and please can I arrange a new appointment" they hung up!

Would be good to hear how everyone got on- just to see what I missed really!

unsure of others experience, but my partner had her supposed 45 minute appointment yesterday at westfield. It turned out to be just 10 minutes and that was including filling in the form. She didn't get a personalised facial at all, just an explanation that it would cost x for hair removal on lips and that was it.

She felt it was a waste of time, hopefully others get a better experience, but to be honest for £95 that wasn't worth it.
  • really? That sounds awful and a waste of time. I was told I would get an assesment followed by a facial. It is a bit of a trek for me so if it's going to be a 10m sales pitch I would rather cancel now

    Oh really

I might not bother then to be honest. Im not losing my lunch hour for "nothing" TBHI did wonder whatn could ossibly be "worth" 95 and if it is why would they give it away free.

I might phone them and see what they say ...:D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • Longtime lurker, decided I ought to sign up and reply to this - I had a lovely consultation with Siobhan at the Westfields branch, she suggested some treatments but it wasn't much of a hard sell. Then she gave me one of the best facials I've ever had, and made me up in some of their mineral makeup range too!

    It's a shame other people's experiences weren't so good...
  • it's always good to hear back from people - thanks for sharing everyone

Smileawaythethunder, I am glad you had a good experience, just wish my partner had the same experience. I guess it depends on the person, but good that some got a good experience.

Experiences vary and that is what it is down to. Oh well, worth trying anyway.
