don't know what type your car is but i had the same problem and found that it was due to a pol of water under the boot floor, where the spare tyre is. i assume it had leaked in when loading the boot in the rain. i dried it and the problem stopped.0

My car mists up and gently freezes on the inside over night - i feel a right &*@* deforsting the inside of my windscreen, but my car is old a future classic, so I accept my lot! :-[0

Mate, do you by any chance have any rust on your car near the wheel arches, under the carpet? worth having a look,
this may cause the carpet to be slightly damp, and therefore moisture and condensation in the car.0 -
As I have mentioned previously THERE IS NO WATER IN THE CAR EXCEPT ON THE WINDOWSDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0

I have the same problem.
Not sure if this has been mentioned but apparantly there is a filter and if you replace it, this stops the windows steaming up! lol! Sorry thats not very clear, but its all i was told! :-/0 -
if you've been told that u need to replace a filter, its probobly a 'Cabin filter aka Pollen filter'.
but not all cars have this, so best to consult your handbook or call a toyots dealer up, quote your registration number or chassi number, located under your bonnet, and they will be able to tell you whether or not you have one.
this filter is for the inflow of air you get inside the car.0
