How do I stop crap from Virgin?

The previous owners of our house had Virgin as their phone/internet provider. Since we moved in we regularly receive letters from them (once a week). originally they were addressed to the woman who used to live here, but i sent back with 'not known at this address' so now they just send it to 'the occupier'!! How can I make it stop!? I do not want their service!!
