Beware, eBuyer have rubbish CS. Still waiting 9 days and counting for reply to last query. Its like banging your head against a brick wall.
Last 2 items I've bought have been through Dabs, perfect service, super fast delivery.0 -
agreed. although i think someone should set up an ebuyer rants thread in the relevant section and just link to it rather than starting a debate on them every time someone posts something.0

I WOULDNT TOUCH THAT COMPANY WITH A BARGE BUYER BEWARE. 14 DAYS FOR NO DELIVERY, THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER BE WARNED. THEY HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS TO A NO EXCISTANCED DELIVERY.
No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you0 -
Had a look at this earlier - seems to me they've just labelled items as SALE without actually cutting their prices much!
Didn't see anything to tempt me at all.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
I must say that I have used this company alot and have never had a problem although I have never needed to contact them.Look after the pennies and the pounds will spend themselves0

Ive used ebuyer for years, and ive had to return things, so you ask for a RMA number
persoanlly i find dabs crap0 -
I disagree, I've bought tons and tons of stuff from them, in fact I am up at this ridiculous hour to wait for the post to deliver another order from them

I have bought a lot, and I have RMA'd stuff, and sent stuff back because I didn't like it, and I've never had any problems. Fast turnaround, and quick responses to my queries. Many people seem to dislike them because of an inability to contact them via phone, but personally I think if it keeps the costs down then great. This probably isn't the thread to discuss it but oh well.
I hope they didn't reduce the cost of the items I bought

I disagree with your opinion.agreed. although i think someone should set up an ebuyer rants thread in the relevant section and just link to it rather than starting a debate on them every time someone posts something.
It might look like a bargain, but if it never arrives & ebuyer ignore you for ever, then it is'nt a bargain. A bargain hunter needs to know the risk of ordering from ebuyer. I paid with credit card so have some protection, others might not.0 -
I also have used Ebuyer for years and spent £1000's with them, yes they can be a little slow at times if you need to return anything, but they have always sorted out any problems I have had in the past.
I would use them again without worrying.
Micodirect are by far and away the bad guys when buying computer products, only making refunds when threatening them with court action, through a recorded delivery letter.0
