hi, i recently bought an item on ebay and started (and won) a paypal dispute because it was broken, they didnt respond to me or the paypal dispute so i automatically got my money back, now they have started an unpaid item dispute and are asking me to pay for the item.
id like to know what to do from here, the items only worth £5 but i dont wanna get a strike on my account for it.

i replied to the dispute with the date i paid and saying in the comments box that it was paid for and refunded and put both transaction ID's.
i emailed the seller when i received the item and asked for his address to return it (didnt get a response), i mentioned this in the comment box as well.0 -
As long as you respond with the number of the original dispute and the traaction number of your payment there should be no problem0

Follow the advice by cyberbob and hopefully the fraudster will get one instead for making an unwarranted unpaid item disputeSamba_Pa_Ti wrote: »...id like to know what to do from here, the items only worth £5 but i dont wanna get a strike on my account for it.
