IB appeal - tribunal

Hello.
I am in the process of appealing the decision of my medical. I am at the stage of choosing if I want to go to a tribunal as my appeal failed.
I am undecided if I want to take it to the tribunal as I am just getting even more stressed with it all, everytime I get a letter my heart is going forty to the dozen.
If I do decide to go to the tribunal route I have no idea what Im supposed to do or be doing. I have no one to represent me or give me advice on what I should be doing.
The letter to go to tribunal has to be sent off before Thursday so time is running fast.
Dont know what to do :(

best to get help from local CAB, dial , or if your disabled local support group they offer real great support and come with you and can speak for you., they can fax , delay the tribunal to get more evident for you, i think it's best to go to the tribunal so they can see how poorly you are than a written one. i went to local disability's support centre they where just brilliant , they all offer brill advice .if your appealing your medical ,they say the more evident you have the better . which is true if your ill you will have this, i got a statement from my doctor ( you have to pay £25 ) 2 x consultant surgeon 's full medical report, private harley street medical specialist report, hospital pain clinics reports. ect. a friend gave me a letter saying how much i have changed over the year to what i could do, all this can help . good luck fingers crossed

I should probably say that I suffer from depression and anxiety.
Im not sure how much evidence I can provide. I have seen a CPN a few years ago through my GP so there should be that, would I be able to get the notes from this?
I have been quite daft in that I have avoided going to my doctors, even when I was suffering with bad stomach problems, because I find it really hard to understand him and they may be qualified but they seem to have no idea what they are doing.
So Im not sure how much evidence they will have. I stopped taking my medication because I didnt feel it was helping me in any way.
I have been on the Condition Management Programme provided by the NHS and Jobcentre since last year and have a letter from the psycologist saying I have been attending, although it says it was for depression and anxiety it doesnt detail anything about my problems I struggle with. I have wanted to discuss these and mentioned at the start there are some things in my past that I find it difficult to cope with and still affect me years later and at the beginning I was told we should just deal with one thing at a time so didnt mention it for a while. Then when I brought it up a few weeks ago I was told to see my GP because its not what they are there for.. so Im left wondering why I bothered and I was a little pleased at thebeginning because I thought I would get the help but I havent. I was thinking maybe I should go see my GP like they say and see if there is someone I can talk to, even if it is a CPN again. :( I am being discharged from this soon as apparently there is a time limit or something. I went on a couple of the modules but not the ones that I thought would help, but it would seem Im not going to be able to do those now since I wont be on it soon.
I dont have any friends so it would be difficult to get a letter from one. :o
I avoid going out as much as I can, everything is put off until it cant be put off any longer, I retch when I even think about going out on a day when I know I have to leave the house and I have vomited in the street before which was so embarrassing! I hate being like this so I am trying to fix it by going on the CMP and although it has helped some, I am still struggling. :(

If you dont mind answering, what type of incapacity do you have?

I would go to tribunal and have all the relivant evidence ready to do the talking for you, but this depends on your incapacity which is why I asked.
