Has anyone had any joy with AMBR? I am trying to get hold of them as I have had a claim registered with them for over 2 years now, since everything was put on hold. I have just tried to contact them and it was just a company taking details and said that she could even tell me if they were still dealing with the claims as they were just taking the calls for AMBR and that I would have to wait for a call from them themselves!! It is more than a year since I last heard form them. Just wondering if to try another company, but worried that my claim will go to the back of the queue and that the 6 years backdated will go from that new date rather than when I originally claimed with AMBR. I know that AMBR have recieved my bank charges from Halifax.
Any help from anyone would be a great help on this!!
Thanks in advance.
