Garage havent fixed problem with car and now want to charge more to take another look

Reminds me of a problem I had when I took my wife's Subaru to Tiley in Bristol to get an engine warning light diagnosed. Tiley in Bristol charged me to hook up to the diagnosis machine and found two faults. Tiley in Bristol told me the best approach would be to reset the faults then have me drive around for a few days and bring it back to Tiley in Bristol. So that's what I did and guess what - Tiley in Bristol stuck me for another diagnosis charge. I argued but to no avail, so now I take the opportunity to tell people whenever I can how bad the service that I received from Tiley of Bristol was.
