Easyjet v Thomas Cook flights

Morning, am travelling this week [Thursday] to Almeria in Spain. Booked couple months ago with TC flights as quite a bit cheaper than EJ. Checked yesterday am to see if TC flight still had availability, only to find the price I had paid for the 4 of us had gone down by £300!!!!:eek::eek::eek: Phoned T agent, but no luck in getting a reduction, it was worth a try!! Anyway, looked on EJ to find their prices were nearly £900 for 4, against TC £422, so if any one wants a last minute good flight deal then head to thomas cook flights.
We book accomadation from private individuals who are much cheaper & usually provide lots of extras such as satelite TV, DVD's, ironing board & many of the basics such as oil, s&p, washing powder etc. More like home from home. On this basis we could have had 2 weeks for 4 apartment,car hire & flights for £1100 which I think is goo d for school hols.
Haven't told OH about the price reduction as will go mad

Good deal from thomas cook there. Afraid its just one of them things, Almeria is a very popular place for familys and TC were prob thinking that flight would be full ( as most are) however at the moment it must not be as busy as they thought it would be therefore reduced the price. Have a good holiday!New York ♥..........These street will make you feel brand new, Big lights will inspire you.
