Wedding dress ruined by dry cleaners

I\'ve been in a lot of cleaners and never witnessed any clothes being thrown on the floor until they were dealt with....did your daughter do anything to sort it out?

I worked at a dry cleaner and we would NEVER have done this. terrible!
