Mind you Spud, if you lost before on the red and green days and find that easier, then it is still available to do that. After all, three stone in five months is a fantastic achievement :T

depends on what pulls him out of it spud...when he thought he had cancer it was six months of going round and round in circles and paying for a private endoscopy that pulled him out of it.

When he thought he had a brain tumour it was an MRI (£500:eek:). He is getting better at the medical issues.......a bit.....

Now its a heart attack....it is ALL down to stress. He channels his stress into his body - problem is he manages to hold down a full time job with all this. He saves all the drama for me!

It costs £4.50 per session and i think it is something like £10 to join (although there is quite often a half price offer on).

If you can afford it, you can buy a countdown - if you pay for 5 weeks you get the sixth one free (£22.50) or buy 10 weeks and get two weeks free (£45). I buy the smaller one and then I have to keep going to get my monies worth!

I've been trying to lose weight with the help of an nhs health trainer, no idea how it's going though cos she says to only weigh in once a month. My eating habits have improved no end though, which has to be good.
