get me in ticketmaster - oasis

My Sister purchased 2 tickets through this company back in Oct, for the Oasis concert on 12 July. W

When her tickets didn't arrive monday she called ticketmaster to discover that although get me in was a sister company the tickets come from a third party, they called it leaglised touting. She was promised that it was all ok and the tickets would be with her wednesday, they didn't come and was promised by 12pm thursday, again they didn't arrive and she was told 4pm friday - she even received a dispatched email.

She then got a call friday to say they had not been sent and she should still travel to London where a man will meet her on an arranged street - Thinking this was a little odd not to mention dangerous she refused and was told her only option was to drive to manchester to collect. From a private house when convient for the seller. This is miles from where we live and not a option.

She has now been told she can have a refund but not the 150% as promised on there website as she is being awkward by not agreeing to collect. If there was a ticket office she would collect no worries but men on streets and private houses sounds crazy.

Has anyone else had trouble like this ??

That does sound weird, but I can't see that collecting the tickets from a man in the street would be especially dangerous, if the place was very public. I can't see what other option there would be if it's too late for the post. The gig is this weekend, right?

The gig is this sunday, if they had posted them when they said originally they would have arrived by post the fact that they contiunally lied makes us wonder if this person would even be there.

unfortuantly Ticketmaster lie a lot of the time so its only to be expected that a sister company of Ticketmaster would also lie a lot

they seem to train all their staff in manchester to do this
