Blockbuster reduced my free trial period

Hi
Bit fed up with Blockbuster and with myself for not keeping good enough documentation.
I signed up via Martin's link offering 4 weeks free trial of their unlimited DVD rental service. I set myself a reminder date of 21 April to cancel as I didn't think I'd want to pay £14.99 a month. Got an email yesterday (April 9) saying
Hi Chris,
Your package deal has now been changed from:
2 Weeks Free Trial
to
3 DVD Package
I have to pay now? Great. Phoned Customer Services (not that easy to find their number - not on their 'help' or 'about us' pages) and they said they could refund me £7.50 now but a) hadn't heard of the site and b) that offer clearly hadn't worked so they couldn't do any more.
On referral to the manager Blockbuster were only able to confirm that moneysavingexpert.com did in fact exist. Apparently I would have been told that the offer hadn't been accepted on their confirmation screen. I definitely wasn't. I was told that it was 'my opinion' that I was entitled to 4 weeks worth of free trial.
Annoyingly I don't have their original set-up email, just records of them sending me stuff.
£7.50 for six weeks' DVD rental isn't bad (and believe me I WILL cancel on 8 May) - I just don't like being fobbed off.
Boo.
