A bargain MP3 player?

Has anyone got one of these?

If so what do you think of it? I want a 1gb mp3 player for as little as possible - must have radio too. Thought this looked good :-)

Any comments?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
These are okay... The only problem I find with these is that they don't come with rechargable batteries. Also, the buttons on these are a bit flimsy, so, they can come of quite easily.
  • Hi
Bought one of these for a friend, and she loves it, plays it everyday, takes it everywhere with her, and she just bought rechargeable batteries for it. Sounds quite good and loud, although she does use different headphones, not the ones supplied.

She has had no problems with it so far, and she even bought another one for her son.

    Hope this helps
  • Only thing to add is that the player doesn't support DRM files so it won't be able to play music downloaded from the main UK music sites (if that matters).

Bought one of these for my daughter at Christmas(different manufacturer name but looks identical) . She loves it and uses it every day. A perfectly decent machine, good at the price. Sounds like it would fit your needs v.well. The only problem we had was that the original instructioins were pretty poor and it took a little while finding our way around the various functions (we're not very techie!). We've stocked up on rechargable batteries and are now saving money and the planet at the same time!
Just because somebody is certain doesn't mean they are right!

Same as Unsure really. Daughter got one for her birthday in January, although she managed to damage the screen fairly quickly, but it still works (just think of it like a iPod Shuffle :)) Battery life does not seem great, but it's cheap.

I agree with unsure bought a similar one for my son last year,
the only negative i would say is if you download albums into folders there are a couple of sub menus you have to go through to change albums

where as others have the albums on the main screen,
    Still Value for money though
