Advice needed

Ive got an £100 overdraft with the HSBC. Im crap with money I will admit that but they will have taken £250.00 off me by end of this month for bank charges, I cant afford this and its getting me down big time.

now usually up until recently they would'nt let me withdraw cash when my overdraft was over now though they wont stop me. Surely its part of the banks fault for it happening?

What do I do? Im lost and dont have a clue and could do with some advice.

First things first is to request your statements.
Second thing I would do is open another account with another bank and perhaps move your funds to that bank so that the charges do not stop you from eating.

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

I do understand what you are saying cos I am paid weekly and juggling monies from two accounts, one with my former employer and the other where they cannot touch it, ie another bank.
