Next have recently changed their room displays in store. They then sell off floor models 1/2 price. I bought a sofa and they told me that there was a matching one available in another store which they held for me. Went to other store a few days later but the computer was wrong and it was a different fabric. The sofa is no good for me but it might suit someone else. It's a 3 seater hamilton sofa in pale cream. Originally £750 but now just £275. It is a bit shop soiled but a good buy. I noticed there was also a brown 2 seater leather sofa for £303. Both in Swansea city centre store.

Worth asking in your local branch as they can search on the computer. If the shop is limited for space they put sale items back into their store.

next clearance get these in all the time, my local one at Dalton park gets about 10 sofas in per week, most in the current directory, worth a look if you are thinking of buying one

Next in Manchester town centre has further reduced its stock by up to 50% off previous reductions, so there are a few bits available for 25% of the original price. However, there's not much left.

Trafford Centre Next furniture shop has no such reductions, but the salesman their accidentally let slip that they did not have any reductions at the moment as they were saving stock for their closing down sale. He could not comment when that would be, but that it would happen within a couple of months.

The clearance centres are hit and miss, but they tend to get all the stock that does not shift in the Next sales, so the fact that Next have recently had a mid-season sale could explain why there are so many cheap sofas knocking about at the moment.
