Here is some more information I collected - anybody else willing to help find this information would be appreciated - only one pair of hands and have a few things on my plate atm, so not much time to search websites etc. If you have got an Item I haven't covered and its got easy to jot down details like gluten free etc, or a website to find the info, just add it here and ill track it down later.

It looks to me like it would be suitable for vegetarians- though obviously not if use on chicken sticks... Don't know if tofu saty is any good?

Lloyd Grossman Tikka Masala- contains milk. Looks gluten free so long as 'modified maize starch' is? Also looks veggie.
The Lloyd Korma contains milk and mustard, otherwise similar.

Thanks for those - prefer to post ingredients or link to web personally if its available, us veggies are fussy little sods :rolleyes:, and ofc someone might be allergic to an ingredient. But I can concentrate on other items when time to do it so ta.

Edit: thanks for updating your post with links. It makes it really easy for those who have to avoid certain ingredients judge for themselves if the item is suitable for them. And if we with certain dietary requirements don't have to trawl the web for every item we are likely to order more, which has to be good for AF as well.

DH came in with our box tonight and already we've gone through a korma sauce packet, a few of those bakin boys and a ryvita bar for me! I am SO impressed by the quality and DH is immensely impressed by the price- a win win!:D
