Bit bizarre, these sizes would mean we needed to eat this every day for about a week just to use up one tin. And you wouldn't get many of these products in the basket before hitting the weight limit.

And before anyone says that at 10p you could eat what you want and bin the rest .... I hate waste so could never do that on principle.

It's almost all freezable according to the info on Approved Foods - just checked before ordering, so shall open & eat, then freeze in portion sizes here:D

I was sort of thinking about the giant jar of arrabiata sauce, because one of my best buys from AF was the tesco kids tomato sauce jars which saved me so much money- we eat lots of pasta type stuff. I was wondering how to store it. I guessif I had a few bottles, I would only have to freeze the remains of one bottle at a time. At £1, it is fantastic- and I bet you could use it for loads of things. Really 4 tins of tomatoes cost more than £2 some places( lets not go into the whole smartprice thing here..) so can I go wrong? Its too late tonight but I think I will have to...especially now the pictures are up. BTW that rococo chocolate is fantastically expensive. Its gourmet stuff and the website about it makes it look amazing.

Talking to myself on this thread possibly.. however, I've just discovered something I ordered which I don't like- finally- and thought I'd share. The de identified sugar free jellies- no one likes them I wonder if its the whole sugar free thing, but they are tasteless, I think. The kids won't eat them- yet- but in desperation in a while who knows?Anyone else agree? Not sure if it is date related or just the product.
