first time buyer

im looking for buy a flat and have seen a few under the shared ownershop equlity
so i would need to get a mortage under £65,000
Im a first time buyer, have a good salery, and a wee bit of saving
however i did have bank charges about 3 or 4 years ago which i was living abroad and didnt know that my employer had to paid me right and didnty find out about charges until i returned. And i got them back. I have only had a few late payments on my cc last year
but im worryed that this will go againist me?
