Power washer brings them up well - but I really don't see the need to go using all these harsh chemicals on them - as long as they've had a good wash down they'll be fine."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

i tried cleaning some i`d got from freecycle today with the power washer
unfortunately its left them with a very rough feel plus you get a white film on whatever touches it so i gave up after one.
the chairs seemed very old with a lot of fine cracks-almost-throughout the coating
good luck

Have you tried painting thick bleach on with a paint brush? This worked like magic on ours which had grey stains on after being left out. Just rinse it off afterwards. Bleach is nasty stuff but I don't feel too bad about this as a little goes a long wayIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0
