Self catering apartment/cottage in Brighton

I could do with some help with this - I'm planning on going to Brighton for the Easter weekend and wanted to book an apartment or cottage for Friday and Saturday night. It needs to sleep 5 (2 doubles and one single) and my budget is £200 to £300.
I've left it rather late and all the places I have tried calling are booked up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be able to do?
