How much are the incentives worth? The mortgage fee is usually added to the mortgage etc.

You need to total up the value of the incentives against how much you lose if you walk away.

The incentives are worth around £3000 which would be enough to set us up in our first home. The morgage arrangement fee is paid on completeion and the valuation fee paid upfront. Other mortgage charges have been added to the mortgage.

The incentives currently offered are a fraction of what we originally agreed, the developer has stated that they do not have the funds to honor our original incentives?
