Cash Machine Options in Greece/Kos

Hi All,
I know this has been answered before as i have actually read the thread, but i can find for the life of me find it again!!
Im going out to Kos soon and remembered someone saying that they now give you an option when withdrawing money from cash machines, does anyone know what the options are and which is the right one to choose, using my Nationwide Flex card out there.
