Reclaiming for 2 accounts with same bank - how much to enclose for statutory charge?

Just sorting out letters to send to Nationwide to get the ball rolling. I am claiming for charges on my current account that is still in use AND also for a current account that they closed after taking ALL of my daughter's child benefit to clear the charges

Do I need to enclose 2 x £10 cheques for details of all charges on both accounts seeing as they are seperate entities? Or will one do?

Hope that all makes sense!

I sent 1 cheque for 2 accounts to NatWest, and wrote on the back that there was £10 for one account and £10 for the other (with said account numbers also written on the back). For some reason they sent it back and said they only wanted a fiver.

    What?

That isn't a SAR but a copy statements request charge.....wonder if they went back to July 2001.
It's £10 per institution so it covers both accounts.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
