What Happened to Free Local Calls with TalkTalk?

I've just received my bill for June from TalkTalk and am still being charged for local calls (I am in London on an 0208 number, and was expecting to be making free calls on 0208 and 0207 numbers). I am on the Talk UK Evening and Weekend package.
Does this offer only apply if you are on the Essentials package, do you have to request it, or what? As usual the TT website is completely vague about this.

To answer my own question, just realised that this is not automatically enabled, you have to log into your account and change it in 'Manage My Services'. Grr...so where's the logic in that?-can't imagine many people demanding the right to continue paying for local calls?
TT did mention it in the email announcing the offer but it's fairly well buried in the text...No free lunch, and no free laptop
