Anyone had any problems with this company getting a credit card refund?

I ordered some duplicator ink from them at the beginning of June and after a week of waiting for delivery I contacted them only to be told that they could no longer supply it. They were very courteous and apologised and promised that my card would be credited the following week. This didn't happen. I have contacted them several times since and still no refund. What is my next course of action? Do I contact my bank (Halifax)?

UPDATE: Result. I contacted credit card disputes who asked me to email all info to them. A manual chargeback was applied to my account a few days later.

Comments

  • I have just had a similar experience with this scam company.

Ordered product, they charged my card then didn't deliver anything. The e-mail address they provide just bounces back. Their phone number always goes to voice mail.

I've contacted the credit card dispute and hope to recover the stolen money. This website should be reported to the police.
  • What's the best way to make it as widely known as possible that this company is stealing people's money?
