Poor Virgin service

Hi,

I would like some advice - I have recently switched to Virgin as my phone, TV and internet provider but I am having quite a lot of trouble. Every now and then, my land line does not ring out when people try to call me.
This has happened three times and I'm getting sick of it. It costs such a lot to get someone out to fix the problem, as I have to call by mobile.

Do you have any advice? Is there any way I might be able to get out of this contract because of the poor service?
