in Credit cards
Hi all,
I am currently living in Germany for a year, I have 2 credit cards at home that I need to pay off whilst I'm working here, I am getting paid in Euro's and my credit card bills are obviously in pounds. I have a German bank account with PostBank, what would be the best method to make these monthly payments?
Many Thanks
Matt

The cheapest method would be to also have a bank account in the UK and transfer money in bulk. The charges are not cheap.
Then set up DD for minimum payment and top up if you want to pay off some in chunk.0 -
Open an account with Xe trade.com
http://www.xe.com/fx/
You will be able to make GBP payments via cheque or BACS transfers for free and pay in Euros.
Very easy to use and great fx rates.0 -
Signing up for the XE Trade account thing now, seems like the best idea, although im only sending 200 euro a month i think the rate should be better than anywhere else.
thanks0
