new calculator please!?

Hi there,

I wonder if you could please produce a calculator that allows you to see how a fixed rate mortgage has benefitted/lost money compared to a product tracking above BOE base rate by X% over the last x no of years.

We would enter the term we've been locked into the fixed product, it's AER etc and the percentage above BOE tracker we'd like to compare it to.

The calculator would then allow us to see if this has been profitable.

Many thanks, and please write back/PM me if this suggestion is unclear and I'll have another go!

Thanks,

Weezl
