abbey credit card charges and payplan

I've been with payplan for 5 years, nearly debt free.
Contacted the ombudsman in may regarding abbey/mbna credit card charges.
abbey visa- originally owed £1072 still owe £795
abbey mastercard- £1589 still owe £996 after paying reduced payments through payplan for 5 years.
One phone call to fos and the wheels are in motion.
They wrote to mbna saying i had made a complaint about them,
mbna asked me what?
i questioned the outstanding amounts, they say its fair.
fianl response was due today, never arrived!
i called them out of courtesy, (soft i know)
mentioned the ombudsman and they bent over backwards to reassur me their responce will be here by saturday, and to please wait till i receive it before i carry on with the ombudsman!

Thats after they sent me a list of charges and account numbers of two other people, as well as my own.

i'll keep you posted if anyones going through anything similar!!!!!!!!
