Hi Matt, so good of you to do this, my phone is a Motorola V547, the reporo goes as follows. Its in Games and applications, I choose it. Wait then it asks Use Data Network, I choose "Yes always ask" then the screen comes up as if its loading then I get a page which says Load Failed page could not be loaded...Retry.

I've got a samsung phone on O2 and was having the same problems with being unable to connect. I managed to sort it out by accident.

I'd downloaded the GPRS settings and the Reporo stuff, I then went into browser details and selected Reporowap but it still wouldn't work.

If you're in the same situation, try going into applications, then java world, then into settings and select reporowap again. It worked for me so hope it helps!

Im not sure which of these will work, try the top one first

Hope this helps, once you have your GPRS it should be simple

I did have, but go them again, still giving me the same error message about packet data

Also for those of you on orange who have not used WAP before, the 'try' promotion still appears to be running whereby you can try a service for free for a month.
