I think that means that you haven't got your GPRS settings:

GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is a packet data communications system integrated with the GSM cellular telephone system

Im not sure which of these will work, try the top one first

Hi Matt, very easy instructions, I am O2 PAYG and reporo is on my phone, when I try to access it it says retry. I have GPRS with a tick next to it and followed your instructions a few days ago and updated it through O2 Active to be on the safe side. I now dont know what to do as its on my phone but I cannot access it.

For those with Nokia 3510i phones , I have just completed an order with no probs and I selected the phone which most looked like mine (where it says select your phone and the 3510i's are not there)

I think it was a 3120 that I chose.
