This happened to me, kept emailing them but it took me a month to get my £10 back. Never received points on pigsback for it either.
That's awful!! Now pigsback are behaving as though I'm not going to get my points either! What an awful experience and waste of time, not to mention money

you best be very carefull because if they find out you have more than one account on one computer youll get your acounts banned, sad but true.

But I thought it was OK to have 2 members of the same family registered at the same address and on the same computer? Confused now. I was only trying to log in for my partner....still can't!

The blurb on their Easter Page states 'there could be anything from 10 to 100 points' so I wonder why folks are getting only 5 points today. I have sent an email to ask.

Is it ok to leave/save all your points on pigsback till the end of the year and then get your vouchers. Save them for christmas shoping type of thing ?
I think they expire after 12 months? And the ones you acquired first expire first but I'm sure that it tells you about a month before they are due to expire. So you should be ok to save for this year but maybe best to check on the site, just to make sure.
Either that or just pick what vouchers you want and save them instead, they don't have expiry dates on them.

well there was someone on ere not so long ago whos mates got there accounts banned as they all shared the same house, althougham sure she did get it sorted out,all am saying is i fink your only allowed one account per puter although dont quote me on it,cause my partner was gonna do one but after all that happened i told him not to cause it wasnt worth getting my account banned.
Its nothing like that, Kazzea has a million peeps living with her, usning the same comp.....PB just get a bit sus and temp suspend it the same IP is used, and they contact the members, and from what kazzea said it was sorted easilly.
Anywho, the origional problem has absolutly nothing to do this, its morelikly a problem with the persons comp... try clearing cookies and that should work.

It sounds like you may have a corrupt cookie on your PC, try clearing them (and your cache while you're at it).
    If you're using IE6:

Tools > Internet Options > General Tab

Click on 'Delete Cookies', when that's done click on 'Delete Files' (put a tick in 'Delete all offline content' when prompted).

Thank you....done it and problem solved! Both been members for a few months and never had this problem before so was a bit flummoxed. Sorry to have caused a fuss icon11.gif
