Hi Matt, so good of you to do this, my phone is a Motorola V547, the reporo goes as follows. Its in Games and applications, I choose it. Wait then it asks Use Data Network, I choose "Yes always ask" then the screen comes up as if its loading then I get a page which says Load Failed page could not be loaded...Retry.

I have not got O2 Mobile web as an option, I dont know if this is the reason.
O2 PAYG will work on everyphone that has GPRS! The connection problems and errors people are having are just their setup issues. Please dont put people off from trying Reporo saying it doesn't work, this is your settings which are incorrect

It looks like its just your settings, try getting them from O2 instead.

    http://www.o2.co.uk/productsservices/ota2/select/0,,184,00.html

Make sure that you successfull save the settings and set them as the default, otherwise they will be no use

I have tried to use my brother's Sony Ericsson K750i to access reporo but he can't get it to work. He's received the gprs settings message and followed the instructions given by reporo to set "O2 mobile web" as his default. When he tries to connect though it gives an error message saying that the connection couldn't work and to check with his provider.

Is this because he is on O2 pay as you go? even though others have been able to use it on this

Does anyone have any suggestions about the K750i?

I have recently upgraded my tariff and will have gprs available from 21st april but I think the offer expires before then. Do you think this means I have to make a purchase before the expiry date to get the points? I have, obviously, registered already i.e. before that date. Wishful thinking I guess..... :rotfl:

Any suggestions gratefully received, thank you :)

Im not quite sure what you mean here. If you have upgraded your tariff would that not mean that you are on pay monthly? (GPRS is not excluded from any PAYG tarriffs, so it would always be available)

I had to go onto the o2 website and get GPRS enabled on my phone...a couple of clicks and it was done!

I got my Reporo points today:j

This means that I was paid £4.50 for the new Jack Johnson cd !!!
Plus I have enough for yet another Boots voucher....

    I love pigsback!!:j:D
