• Open to adults aged 18 years or over and must be UK residents, with a valid EU passport excluding employees and their immediate families of Virgin Holidays Limited, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
• The competition closing date will be 09.08.2009 and the winner will be selected at random from the entries by 31.08.2009.
• The holiday prize must be booked by 31st October 2009 and taken by 31st Nov 2010, subject to availability. Holiday prize can not be taken during 14th Dec 2009– 15th Jan 2010.
• The holiday is based on 4 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai for 2 people. Flights include return economy class seats on Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA) inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from London Gatwick
• The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount
• Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Customers are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured
