Hello all,
Started an m-col last few days of may regarding a credit card claim on a beneficial card (HFC Bank) that no longer exists...(my balance was transferred to a different card...ie marbles).
They entered a defence on 03 june. and i recieved a letter from the court dated 26th june which has a photocopy of their defence, and a line on the main letter that reads; "the filling of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise"
I was under the impression that i would recieve a form to fill in.
is this what has been "dispensed" with?...and if yes, what happens next? and what type of timescale?
Many thanks in advance,
GAZ.

Even though the AQ has been dispensed with, the AQ fee is still payable within 28days or the claim could be struck out. You should phone the court to check this.Angry_Gazza wrote: »a line on the main letter that reads; "the filling of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise"0 -
