If you have a business credit card with Lloyds Tsb they won't allow you to switch your business account to another bank until you pay the balance of your business card in full.
They say this is their 'internal procedure'

In a word no but I can see their point of view.
There is nothing to stop you opening a new business account at another bank and run the Lloyds one down.0
