Thanks for the comp JellyBelly, but I am a bit confused by the T's & C's

Was this comp from a recent Cosmo? The reason I ask is the comp details state:

...make sure that you stay looking gorgeous throughout the New Year.

and the T's & C's state:

7. The closing date for entry to the competition prize draw is 30/04/2009.

and

11. The competition prize draw will be carried out on 14/05/2009 under the supervision of an independent observer.

So it might be an old comp or an old link maybe

No it's a new comp! I found it in a little voucher booklet that came free with the august issue of Cosmo.

It says in the terms:

7. The closing date for entry is 30/09/2009

11. The Competition prize draw will be carried out on 31/10/2009
