hardship claim advise / rent

hi all ,, i received a letter back from natwest regarding my financial statement
and i worried about my rent .we live annexed to family and dont have
rent book as such , i know the powers that be will take a grim view
about this as they want to know hows & whens to the £900 rent arrears
we havnt been able to pay rent for 3 months
does any one know how i should approach this ?
this issue alone is causing family disputes but we have to pay back
the arrears but im afraid they wont be very sympathetic to this will
they ????? dont know what do do ?? aany help would be great

    Is this for the hardship claim? The bank are gonna need documentary evidence or they cannot assess you as being in hardship.

    yes its a hardship case .. i mean would they accept some form of letter from the
    landlady ?

    Yes if you can add a copy of the tenancy agreement.....

    well, if the landlady doesn't have a tenancy agreement then you cannot have arrears without a legal agreement can you?

    so am i right in thinking .. get a agreement made up ,, but would the dates be void prior to this todays date ?

    I am not going to advise fraud but I would use a letter from your landlady. If the bank ask for an agreement then they ask for an agreement.
