Gate Latch problem - ideas?

    Remove the screw holding the bar to the gate - the one nearest the edge of the gate, put a washer behind the plate and tighten screw again.
    Experiment with thickness/number of washers until perfection is accomplished.

    It depends on how tight you set it.

    It will bang a bit when it shuts, to be honest its a great security thing and really easy to fit

    Problem might be be son comes in at the weekend after an evening in the pub. :rolleyes: A bang would definitely be worse than a rattle in the neighbours eyes I think. :D
