Nightmare getting refund for Jacko tickets

I bought some Michael Jackson tickets from Ticketmaster on my Natwest debit card. Between buying the tickets and finding out I needed a refund, I closed my bank account due to constant terrible service from Natwest.
I’ve already wasted four of my lunch breaks in my local Natwest branch and as long again on the phone to Ticketmaster trying to find out what I can do to get my money back and it seems that nobody knows and if they do know, they’re not helping.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get my refund?

ask ticketmaster to refund to alternate card which you may find they're not allowed to or ask for a cheque.0
