Bank of Scotland charge

Hi, will make this short and to the point.
Vodafone direct debit came off towards end of last month - I thought I had enough in the bank to cover it, but I was about 90p short.
BoS have sent me a letter stating this, and have charged me £35.
They are also charging me an unauthorised overdraft charge of £28 for going overdrawn. I have an arrange overdraft of £150, but as stated, went 90p over
This makes no sense to me - why am I being charged twice. £63 for borrowing 90p?? And what can I do?

It's not a first charge, but if it was that still wouldn't explain why I am being charged twice.0

The first charge is because the item was bounced. The amount of the charge has caused the account to exceed an overdraft facility or to get the account into a minus figure should there not be an overdraft. You have been charged for that which is the £28...you could have zigzagged across that line but it would still have been one charge ie the £28.It's not a first charge, but if it was that still wouldn't explain why I am being charged twice.
They are different but insufficient funds have caused the issue.0
