Novatech Computers - BRILLIANT Service!

Last week we purchased a 19" LG monitor from a company called Novatech (novatech.co.uk).
As soon as the money was taken off my Maestro (pre-paid) card, we received an email stating that the item had been dispatched, with a link we could use to follow its progress.
No time to use the link as the monitor arrived first thing the next morning!
Beautiful item, good price, no faffing around - done and dusted. (We have no link to the company whatsoever, my boyfriend found them via Google.)
When someone is good at what they do I like to tell everyone about them - this company was a dream to deal with - thank you, Novatech!

Yes they are good. Had a mobo DOA rang them up they paid a courier to pick it up and refund money the next week0

I've found them very good too.
My last order I chose super saver (free) delivery but mine was sent next day delivery.
One of the items had been mislabelled (what arrived was a lower spec to which I ordered).
They accepted the return no problem, I happened to be in Portsmouth on business so I popped in the warehouse instead of using the assigned couriers,
They were more than helpful and swapped the item with no problems.0 -
Another thumbs up for Novatech, bought a 17" laptop in Jan and it was delivered on time and is top notch!!0

As I only live a couple of miles from their Portsmouth branch (creikey they have expanded lately) they are normally my first port of call for anything pc related.
Although I have noticed they don't seem to be so competitive on pricing lately
