HSBC not showing interest rate online.

I have one big bone to pick with HSBC. I am not an unhappy customer except for this one thing.
I have a number of accounts with them including a regular saver and a number of deposit bonds. The interest rates on these accounts are set at the time of opening. They can and do change from time to time for new opening. That is normal and I have no problem with change.
BUT when using internet banking I can see any transactions and balances but can I see the Interest rate - NO
Why I ask and they say "that is how it is"
That is not good enough.
I thought that Martin had started a campaign about this but I can not see any mention on the site.

You can request this information via the "My Messages" section of HSBC Internet Banking. Perhaps if enough people do this they'll get the message.
