Hi
I'd like some advice to see if a quote I've had is reasonable.
Its a 2m x 7m extension to the kitchen.
1. To build a rear single storey extension 2m x 7m with flat roof 0.7,
2. Remove 4 interior walls, install three steels,
3. Re-route drains and waste,
4. Move oil tank, (in garden)
5. Screed all floors,
Move toilet area around, (in utility room)
£27,500.00
PLUS MATERIALS i.e doors windows
