Hi I just wondered if anyone knows if you can claim interest on bank charges if the customer wins the fight in court to claim bank charges back? If so at what rate? I've been looking for an answer for a while but haven't really had the question answered
Thanks K & D

This is mind boggling, there is an argument that states contractual rate, or statutory rate or even claiming restitutionary damages. Personally I stick to the KISS method as given in the link by Knackered
