Thanks for your help - just tried it again, and it works, but it goes through to someones voice mail. I guess I was panicking, as I was dialling before. I'll call first thing tomorrow. I'm trying to think rationally, that I know I haven't received anything, and that they would have no proof I have, so I can't see how they could take steps to recover costs for things I haven't received..sorry just stressing..

at least I now know a new area code for London - I'll be hoping for a GMTV call from a 0203 number..

Hope you get it sorted soon as its quite a lot of hair products you should of won, I won the same competition, I had my hair products delivered last month & was emailed forms to complete before last Friday, they said that they would charge me for the products if the forms were not returned in time!

Thanks for your help PD and Laura..I'd have loved to have tested products, but hopefully I'll sort out first thing tomorrow..with the dates you mentioned PD, I was out of the country from 15th - 29th June..postie does have a habit of leaving things outside the back door, but sure even he wouldn't/couldn't have done it with things that need to be signed for...also OH mum was coming around most days, and checking on things...so wish it was tomorrow..just sent OH out for wine and going to comp to take my mind off things

There was something a long time ago on freebies and emailed details and have been getting stuff ever since, normally between 1 - 3 times a year and some of stuff been no use to me but this lot is fantastic :T:T

Yeh it made me smile today splodz, I know what a saddooo happy with lush stuff :rotfl:
